DEVOTIONAL REFLECTION — “Keep Going. Be Faithful.”

From www.Bibleinoneyear.org

This morning’s message hit deeply.

Lately, God has been speaking to us over and over through different voices:

“Don’t stop. Keep going. Persevere.”

At Zion City the theme was breakthrough — not breakthrough from avoiding pressure, but breakthrough that comes because we go through the pressure.

No test… no testimony.

And that’s exactly what Mobile Faith Studios is about — testifying.

We’re not just building an RV studio.

We’re building a witness.

But starting something from the ground up hasn’t been easy.

Some days the RV feels like a giant mountain.

Sometimes money isn’t coming in.

Sometimes we are exhausted from working, parenting, and creating.

And the enemy loves to whisper,

“Maybe you should quit.”

But the Word keeps speaking louder:

“Set your face like stone.”

(Isaiah 50:7)

Be faithful. Persevere.

Faithfulness is greater than “flashiness.”

God isn’t asking us to look impressive.

He is asking us to show up.

To be faithful with what He put in our hands.

LOOK TO GOD FIRST

This morning, Psalm 123 reminded me where to look:

“I lift up my eyes to You… as servants look to the hand of their master, so our eyes look to the Lord our God…”

— Psalm 123:1–2

I wouldn’t have read that passage if I wasn’t looking to God for help.

That’s the first key:

In the morning — look to God for help. At night — look to God for help.

Everything begins and ends with Him.

PERSEVERE WITH FAITH

Hebrews 10:19–39 calls us to persevere:

“Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He who promised is faithful.”

— Hebrews 10:23

God never told us to be successful.

He told us to be faithful.

Our part = obedience.

His part = outcome.

DON’T DO THIS ALONE

Verse 25 reminded me of something we forget:

“Do not give up meeting together… but encourage one another.”

— Hebrews 10:25

Fellowship is not optional.

We need people:

To edify us To lift our arms when we are tired To remind us of the why when we lose sight of the vision

Sunday gatherings are good, but that’s not where depth happens.

Depth grows around kitchen tables, on couches, in hotel rooms on vacation, and in RVs.

It happens through phone calls, Zoom meetings, livestreams, and late-night prayers.

If we didn’t have fellowship during this season, we would have quit already.

God designed us for connection because perseverance is not done in isolation.

CLOSING

So today I’m reminding myself (and whoever needs this):

Keep going. Hold the line. Set your face like stone toward the thing God called you to. Be faithful, not flashy.

Breakthrough comes to those who don’t quit.

“For He who promised is faithful.”

— Hebrews 10:23

Lord, give us strength to be faithful.
